Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellation before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the carrier is definitively booked. Completed services, used materials, non-refundable charges, and costs already paid to sellers, carriers or other third parties may be deducted from the refund.

2. Products sold by our store

If Japan Forwarding.com sends an incorrect item, an undisclosed defective item, or an item damaged before dispatch, contact us within 8 calendar days after receipt. Include the order number, a description, and photographs of the item, packaging and label. Do not return an item before receiving authorization and instructions.

After dispatch, we do not accept change-of-mind returns concerning preference, size, color or compatibility when the item was accurately described. This does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

3. Forwarding service

Japan Forwarding.com is not the seller of products you buy from third parties. Returns, exchanges and warranties depend on the seller’s policy. When operationally possible, we may assist with a return subject to payment of service fees, shipping, materials, taxes and other expenses.

4. After carrier handover

After carrier handover, cancellation, changes, delay, loss and compensation are also governed by the carrier and purchased coverage. Third-party shipping and fees are refundable only to the extent actually refunded by that third party.

5. Refund method and timing

After approval and calculation of deductions, refunds are issued to the original payment method when technically possible. Posting time depends on the financial institution and payment method. We do not refund to a third party’s account.

6. How to request

Email contact@japanforwarding.com with the order or invoice number, account holder’s name, reason and supporting documents. Keep the item, packaging and label until the review is complete.
